What is the turnaround time for orders?
Most orders can be delivered within three business days, depending on the subject matter and length of project. Of course, the more involved the project is, the longer that time will be. I strive to make the turnaround time as quick as possible. Remember, if I miss your deadline, the job is free.
How are completed assignments delivered?
The method of delivery of completed orders is at the discretion of the client. For an order consisting of multiple items, such as a series of articles, the articles can be delivered one by one upon completion or in a batch once the entire order has been completed. The file extension is also at the discretion of the client. *Note: A $25 fee will be applied to any project that requires delivery by .csv file.
Do you have pre-written content available for purchase?
Yes, but they are not yet listed on the site. Stay tuned.
Are discounts given for bulk assignments?
Yes - discounts do apply to bulk assignments.
If I don't like the end result, do I still have to buy it?
If you are not satisfied with the completed project, you are not obligated to pay the remaining balance. However, retainer fees will not be refunded once the work has begun.
Can I get discounts for referring clients?
Yes! Just have them tell me who referred them and you will be issued a credit on your next project.
Do you provide syntax writing services?
No, I do not provide this service.
Which payment methods are you able to accept?
Presently, I am only able to accept payments via PayPal. .
Can you provide forum posts or submissions to article indexing sites?
Not at the present time. Stay tuned for when I will be offering this service again.
Is submission to a distribution site (for press releases, articles, etc.) included in any of your prices?
No - an extra fee will apply to projects that require submission to distribution sites.
